We absolutely Love our Roborock Sv7 Max Ultra but recently had issues so sent it in to get repaired. They told us the warranty was voided as the machine was filthy and neglected. Turns out while we were on holiday the person watching our house and dogs used chemicals in the machine which damaged it. I'm shattered as it was not a cheap machine.Long story shirt Roborock has had our unit almost 2 months and can't give us a quote for repair only saying it will START at $600. Tried emailing them multiple times and no one is any closer to giving me a time frame or a quote. I have surgery soon and wanted the unit back as help around the house. I told them this and they couldnt care less.I have recommended this unit and brand to so many people but no more. Appalling customer service. It shouldn't take two months to get a quote for repair and the fact they can't even give me a time frame. We will get the machine sent back and purchase from another brand.
