Disappointment! I Wasted My Money and Time!

I purchased the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra with high expectations and paid a premium price, but my experience has been a complete disappointment. The device can’t even perform its most basic function of vacuuming properly. After cleaning, there is dust and dirt left all over the house. I’ve tried the product multiple times with different modes and settings, but the result is always the same!I contacted Roborock Turkey's technical support several times to resolve the issues. The first time I sent it in, they claimed they tested the device and said it was "working fine." However, the same problems continued when the device was returned. I sent it back again and requested a replacement or a refund, but they still say that "technical inspection" is required. This process has been dragging on for 3-4 months, and I still don't have a working vacuum at home!Even Roborock HQ (international support team) confirmed that the product is defective and should be replaced or refunded, but Roborock Turkey has taken no action and continues to waste my time. Throughout this process, I have lost both time and money and experienced a lot of unnecessary stress.I absolutely do not recommend this product! If you don’t want to waste your money and time, stay away from it! I also expected more responsibility from Hepsiburada in handling this issue.
