Harrison, the owner of RoboticNode, provided me with an excellent and professional service that I have not seen any other host willing to provide. I came from a history of being used and abused by other hosting companies just for them to essentially turn out to be scam artists. Harrison/RoboticNode is a breath of fresh air.First of all, they don't lie about their hardware and infrastructure. They are honest and transparent with their community. They don't make questionable decisions that screw up your networking or leave you with weeks of downtime. Everything about them is above board and they have years of history. The performance is great and exactly what I would expect from the hardware. If you are a dedicated server customer, take it from me. You will get a great product.Harrison also provided me with a ton of help transferring 1.3TB worth of files from my previous host, including several remote databases. All the data he transferred including the databases were entirely not corrupted and all databases matched the new ones I had created. Not only that, but I should mention due to serious issues with my previous host's networking, the file transfer took way longer than it should have, and Harrison stayed up late into the night to get it done. This alone told me he was not only an experienced system administrator but had great customer service.This host came recommended to me from multiple staff members on my server. I am quite well-connected in the Minecraft community and nobody has had a negative thing to say about this host. 5/5 stars.
