I refused delivery of the product so it was returned to sender.I spoke with AMEX who put a hold on payment & asked Robotus for further information. They didn’t do so AMEX refunded me.Robotus continually tried to get me to reverse this refund (reverse the cancellation & they’d refund me).I’ve reported to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) as this is not a Uk Company (China) as needs to be blocked. Foreign companies don’t provide the same rights!
