Bought a remote vacuum from what I thought was a UK company. On reflection, I should have checked the website robotus UKThere is no where available to cancel the order once placed, query the order etc. When a confirmation email appeared today, it shows the company is based in China.I’ve raised a dispute with AMEX as believe I’ve been misled when buying this product. Don’t buy from this company (any reviews are probably paid influencers).
