I bought a robotic vacuum cleaner as it said uk, I thought it would be easy to return if I needed to. The appliance is completely useless, it gets stuck on furniture, which implies any sensors are faulty or not working at all. It lifts very little mainly just dust and now I want to return it I have to post it to hong Kong and pay for the postage. Please do not buy this appliance you will waste £250
