I ordered three "slim fit" t-shirts as described by the company. I expected a tight fit, but all three arrived as regular, ill-fitting boxy shirts that are easily found elsewhere. Priced between $25 and $29 each, I contacted customer service and was told it might be a warehouse error, but they likely shipped the correct item. If that's the case, the description should be updated. With no replacements available, I was told I could return them at my expense. I insisted on a return label, which I eventually received. I even tried washing one in hopes it would shrink to fit, but the representative offered no response. After returning them, I was refunded for one, one went missing, and the washed shirt was not returned to me. I'm now out $60 with no t-shirts.
