We purchased a Rockdoor to supply to a fitter for a supply-and-fit installation to his customer. The original Select door failed within the warranty period, developing a crack in the door slab.Because the Select range was discontinued, Rockdoor replaced it under warranty with an Ultimate door, which is marketed with a 10-year warranty.Less than one year later, the replacement Ultimate door has also failed and is starting to swell.Rockdoor are now refusing to take responsibility, stating they are only honouring the warranty of the original door, not the replacement. This is unacceptable.You cannot replace a faulty product with another faulty product and then deny responsibility when that replacement fails.The replacement door was supplied by Rockdoor, branded as a superior product with a 10-year warranty, yet it has lasted barely a year.
