I purchased a Rockdoor approximately 3 years ago and shortly afterwards it developed a bulge and it had to be replaced.The second door I received has since developed another fault - namely, the actual door itself has cracked in two symmetrical places, suggesting another design/build fault. This is impacting the lock and mechanisms.Despite emails to Rockdoor, phone calls and in-person visits to my local supplier (GAP), they have not rectified the matter, stating it’s out of warranty. And worse, the warranty sits with the supplier, not you the owner, which worsened the issue, because my fitter went out of business during Covid.Numerous calls/visits not followed up on by the company, despite repeated promises to try and put things right.I wish I’d have used another company. Two doors in a row failing cannot be coincidence.When you pay about £1000 for a door, you expect it to last longer than 3 years.
