I had a manufacturing issue with my Rockdoor, when I was contacted by Jason from Rockdoor he was a really helpful chap, really wanted to help me solve this issue as I couldn’t go through my original fitters insurance, things were getting very difficult but Jason came and saved the day when he found out the situation and he looked my door up and told me I had a door of manufacturing issue which since has now changed so I’m now confident with my new replacement door. He organised me to have a replacement door which was like for like to my current door, he even got me in contact with a local Rockdoor fitter who then contacted me gave me a day to come which worked for me and I’ve now got a replacement Rockdoor which I did love before and love now. Thanks to Jason I’m now rather happy with showing off my Rockdoor
