We had a Rockdoor fitted a few years ago and it has got worse and worse to close, I thought it may have warped and tried to contact the company that installed it who had ceased trading therefore meaning I had no warranty. I contacted Gap, the door manufacturer. They confirmed I had no warranty but Jason from Gap took on my case and arranged for the issue to be rectified by a local installer. Contact from Jason was excellent and he kept me informed of the situation with my repair throughout. The door was fixed and fits better than when it was new. Thanks JasonGood to see good customer service still exists.
