We had a door seal that had come loose and after sending pictures to Rockdoor they said it looked like it was installed incorrectly. The installer is no longer trading and the work should have been covered by the original installer. Jason was very helpful and arranged a fitter to replace the broken seal and reset the door fitting. Thanks go to Jason and team for stepping in to resolve this issue
