I bought my Rockdoor directly from Gap in July 2020 paying £1440.00, already on my 3rd door. The first one bubbled, second one cracked/split and the one I have now has split. Gap Slough did replace my first two doors but now my emails are being ignored. Don't buy these doors if they are going to be directly in the sun, they are not fit for purpose.Update. Had no contact from Gap or Rockdoor after giving my sales invoice/order number. I work in sales for a well known builders merchant, we would never treat our customers this way, any issue would be resolved within a couple of days. Gap is one of our suppliers, would not recommend to any of my customers.
