I ordered two pairs of grips with name and number.When the order was send, I received an email from support, that they accidentally missed the name and number and ask if I can provide it in a reply to the email with name and number again. - OK, that can happen, no problem.I replied with requested information and a question what should I do with the package which was already dispatched. Unfortunately I received email saying "Your message wasn't delivered to support-at-rocketgrip.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail."So I found that they actually using eu domain, I manually modified address and replied to support on rocketgrip.eu - success, automated email arrived that a ticket in a ticketing system is created!But when I click on the ticket a login page to a ticketing system opened, but since the ticketing system has different accounts than rocketgrip itself, I don't have one here... and there is no possibility to create one, great! So I waited 48 hours as it was stated that I should received reaction in that time and nothing happened.I replied again to the eu domain email, another ticket was created, same problem as the first one.After 72 hours, I received an email saying just "thank you", without any response to my question. I'm quite curious if the grips with proper labels arrive sometiome...
