On site in texas the driver insisted on repacking boxes and bags into bigger boxes to charge us for.The cost of moving then doubled to $5000. With $2500 due then immediately and $2500 due when delivered. They took credit card for deposit, did not deduct it off the price and on site only option to pay is venmo or cash. They hire side help in the area of any unqualified person, no background check to go in your home and through your things, the local help in Texas flipped the only two breakable boxes off the dolly and clearly he and driver did not care. The boxes were marked fragile/breakable. They folded in half and wrapped a new tempurpedic mattress and refuse to acknowledge that they ruined it. Over a week past guaranteed delivery date and they still have my stuff. This business is a scam.Driver goes on about how much drives, no sleep, yet not on time for delivery. The DMV/DOT needs to review the logs on this company right along with the investigation by the Better Business Bureau.
