I’m very disappointed with my experience with Rocketoolz. I placed an order weeks ago and still haven’t received my item (or any meaningful update). When I tried to contact their customer service, I got vague replies and no clear timeline.Not only was the delivery delayed, but the product arrived in a condition that clearly suggests it was handled poorly: packaging was damaged, and the item itself had visible defects. For a brand that charges premium pricing, this is unacceptable.I expected more transparency and accountability. Instead, I feel like I’ve been left waiting with no idea when (or if) my order will be resolved. Until they improve their fulfillment and communication, I cannot recommend them.
