It wasn't great. I did not know what to do so 5 stars came up. I don't like the service. Too much to do that goes wrong and I am told to just refresh the page, a pain. The first time I was told to give a valid phone number -- mine. Lots of things like that, but I knew the info was correct. Sorry I like to give a good report, but I can't. You say its just three steps.After half an hour I finally got my gift sent overseas. The problem wasn't me completely. I did forget some things. But when I put the right things in, they kept getting knocked back. At least John was nice. It still took a long time, too long. Next time I hope I can genuinely give you five stars. Margaretha
