I was not aware that she no longer had access to this account. I had hoped that rocketremit would assist in dealing with Gcash to either cancel the transaction or redirect the money to her new account. Gcash have been unfelpful and rocketremit have been dismissive where i feel they could use their contacts to explain that the person sent to is the same even though the funds can not be accessed due to rthe changed phone number. Apparently this money is still held by gcash
