Today I was stood up by my assigned consultant (Craig Walker) for the video appointment needed for my Rocket Rx order to be finalized. I logged in to appt slot, set up/tested video & sound & then waited 25+minutes. Needless to say I'm not thrilled with a wasted afternoon.
