Made a pre order (Fully paid) of a Charizard Ex box last January and up to now my order is not yet processed for shipping. So I wrote an email but got no answer after almost 10 days. When I visited their onlineshop today, Saw it is already available for Pickup at their Shop. Made an Paypal dispute and said it is not available yet in Australia but they could have explained their side with my inquiry before and yet not even a single hello was sent back as a reply. Beware for those going to order.
