Do Not Buy ROKR. Order place, no product sent. Thieves!I placed my order for two puzzles in November 2024. The day I placed my order the money came off of my credit card. I received no confirmation of my order for 3 days. After 30 days they sent me a useless tracking number that says the label has been created but the shipper (UPS) has not received the package yet. What a load of baloney! As of today it has been almost 60 days. The tracking still reports that the package has not been received. I am resigned to the fact that this company is bogus and has stolen my money. Very disappointed. Reporting them to BBB and every other agency I can find.
