I would rate them a 0 if possible. The worst customer service ever. I purchased a product brand new and they will not assist with a missing piece that never came in the box. I have made plenty of these but never this brand. Rolife is far superior to this company they sent me a missing piece right away. I am so upset the set is garbage now. $60 down the drain.
