The customer service was great. This time it was Oliver who was most helpful and his speedy access to system records of my previous ROL trips meant the minimum of fuss. Oliver even phoned me back later, leaving a message saying he'd checked my account and there were cruise miles I could use to reduce my bill. Great follow up service.I tried Imagine Cruising. Great advertising but the reality was awful. A long story of lies, breach of regulations, obfuscation, incompetence and stress. They forced me to take them to court to obtain judgement (with costs) in my favour for their blatant breach of regulations, a claim for money held, which they should/could have returned and settled less expensively months earlier. It seems they think they can cheat customers and get away with it. Face Book entries suggest they often have. Never again with Imagine!
