We have just come back from the Singapore to Hong Kong cruise on the celebrity solstice which ROL arranged as an overall package.The flight to Singapore had a stop over in Munich for 5 hrs so the overall travelling time was 20hrs in budget class. The itinerary was completely misleading, when they advertise stopping at Bangkok and Hanoi, you are actually 3hrs away on a coach minimum as they are nearly 100km from the ports.Lastly the journey home from the ship was absolutely disgraceful. We left the ship at 6am, waited until 9.30am for the ROL representative to pick us up, we was them taken around Hong Kong and then taken to the airport for 5pm, our flight didn't leave until 11.30pm, after a 13 hour flight in cattle class where you can't sleep, we stop at Zurich for another 4hrs to catch a flight to Heathrow which was just under 2hrs, by the time we had got home which was another 2hrs. We had been travelling for 34hrs without sleep, yet we paid 8k for the holiday, yet other people had direct flights back to the UK and went straight from the boat for alot less. Ill never use Rol again. They have no idea what they are organising and the impact on the customers
