My 4 year old Rolex started losing time and stopping. Sent it in fo warranty. Received a call today and they said the case was damaged/dented and was not covered under warranty.. I was unaware of any damage. I told them at my age…nearly 80…how might this happen ?? Bar fight ??Totally unhappy with quality of watch and assumption that I damaged it. Will repair and sell. No more Rolex for me.
