Verifying my address has been extremely challenging. They seem unable to read the PDF I submitted, and despite multiple attempts, I keep being told to resubmit. I've double-checked everything and suspect they are delaying the process so I might spend my winnings again. Their RTP is tight, and I hope they improve soon. I will update my review if I see progress.
