I reached out to the support team regarding several long-term open bets while also wanting to close my account due to excessive spending. I was at the top of the weekly spending charts. They assured me that the bets would stay on the account, and I confirmed that this was acceptable. After closing the account, I requested a list of my bets, but they responded that there were no active bets. I pointed out that there were several and provided proof through a screenshot and bet ID. Unfortunately, I received no further response.
