Initially everything was ok, our door was installed in Nov 2020 and we were happy with it. We starting having a problem with the door sticking on occasion this summer. Engineers came and looked at it but didn't seem to find anything wrong. Same issue occurred in September and since then haven't been able to get anyone to help us. Emails are not answered, telephone messages not replied to. I did manage to contact Josh by What's app, sent photos and an engineer was promised....he never turned up. A piece of metal bracket has now fallen off! Still no joy from anyone, very disappointed. Door was still under guarantee when this happened.
