Ordered a shower tray and pivot door from Roman via a 3rd party showroom. The quality of the parts was excellent for the price.Unfortinately the shower door did not close correctly and despite several emails with advice, I couldn't get it right. Roman arranged for 2 engineers to call around and after a while they were able to align the door. Arguably, I failed to fit the door correctly, but there was no judgement, no criticism and thankfully, no charge. The aftercare has been exceptional and the products are of a high standard. This has ensured that I will be buying my main bathroom shower from them.
