I read the review of July 21 with interest, and found I couldn't agree more. After the nasty experience of an exploding (and I do mean exploding) glass in our shower enclosure, I contacted Roman, and sent pictures.Not our shower they said. Well, yes it was, I said, and sent a copy of my invoice to prove it. No...not our shower enclosure....... and they continued to deny it, this despite confirmation from the plumbing firm who fitted it! Who needs a 'lifetime guarantee'..., just deny its your appliance....easy peasy. Good business practice? I leave you to judge.
