I recently ordered off the website an item a total of $68 dollars, however I have still not received the item. It has been a total of about three days. The seller (Zt) has reached out a few times and seemed willing to communicate, though they are infrequent and did not even make efforts to negotiate an appropriate time to deliver me the item. Our messages are just back and forth, with me trying to obviously see when he can deliver me the item. He has yet responded to my text. In regards to that, I’ve decided that i want an immediate refund, not that i don’t want the item anymore or don’t trust your website, but because I dislike the service and your inconsiderate team/sellers. And the service fee at checkout being $8 is oblivious. Considering how bad the “SERVICE” was, why tf is it $8? I don’t want to wait 10 weeks and drag this implication any further and hence why I’m requesting a refund. It’s unpleasurable doing business with someone who lacks communication. Weird system y’all set up.. like seriously.. do better. And the “support” email isn’t a real email. It has no address, no way of contacting the team for help. Shit’s not even real.
