I ordered a denim shirt from an instagram ad. I had to inquire of when it would ship as it was much longer than listed on the website. It finally did ship. I was told they had a lot of orders and that was the reason behind the delay. When I did receive the shirt, it was two to three sizes larger than I ordered. All the tags had been removed. Basically they put an XL in a Medium bag and shipped it to me. I inquired about a refund or return. Please note that refund is an option on their website, but they won’t do one. For weeks I went back and forth with them They even told me that "I want to reassure you one more time that a high level of customer service and a customer focused delivery to make you happy with your purchase, has the highest priority for us.". It’s not. Their solution was to give me a 60% discount on the next shirt I could buy to get the size I want. Yes. Buy a second shirt. After working it out that I would be paying more than I was willing to do so they had no solution. They just stopped answering my emails. I traded over a dozen emails with them, cut and pasted there size chart (that doesn’t matter) and their refund policy (that doesn’t exist). I’m basically out the money and please don’t do the same. Do not buy from this company or their Instagram ads. UPDATED TO REPLY TO THEIR REPLY:Like the other review. This is a scam. Don’t buy from them. I understand longer ship times. I never heard back from this company even after the review I left. Save your hard earned money and spend it somewhere else. Again, no your sizes aren’t in line with what’s on the site. Why send a shirt with no tags if you weren’t hiding anything? Also note, in their reply they say this will be taken in as feedback. They aren’t going to make it right. Just a scam to take your money and try to sell you two shirts or two of whatever you bought. STAY AWAY!!
