I go regularly ( about every 3 months) for treatment. They have been unfailingly good at what they do. The reception is always welcoming with a comfortable waiting area. My practitioner ( a nurse) Emily is always calm and thorough explaining the treatment and what she is doing. We have discussed other treatments but there is no pushy sales activity. It is very much a medical establishment that does aesthetics amongst a wide range of other things. I would highly recommend.
