After ordering hiker boots, I was excited for their arrival. The delivery was quick, taking only 5 days. Unfortunately, I was let down. The right boot was perfect, but the left one was poorly made, resembling a display model. The materials were mismatched, and the sizing was off, making it uncomfortable to wear. I feel as though I received two entirely different pairs, which is unacceptable given the price and the company's reputation.
