After ordering hiker boots, I was excited and eagerly awaited their arrival. The delivery was prompt, taking only 5 days. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment. The right boot fits perfectly and is of good quality, but the left boot is problematic. It appears to be a display model or a sample. The leather on the tongue is made from a different material, and the seams are poorly aligned. To make matters worse, the left shoe is 0.3 cm larger, despite both being labeled as size 7UK. Additionally, the left shoe is lower and wider, making it difficult to wear. It feels like I received two mismatched pairs, which is unacceptable given the price and the reputation of the company.
