I ordered 4 bar stools and 6 dining chairs to begin with and unfortunately they did not fit. I was so worried due to this being my error that I would not be able to return. ROOBBA were amazing they offered to uplift them and all I had 2 do was pay for the boxes to return them in and the packaging. They offered full refund but thankfully after chatting with the team I found other stools and dining chairs that fitted perfectly. There Customer service was exceptional from start to finish I found them extremely helpful and prompt. So glad I purchased from them and highly recommend to anyone looking at new dining furniture. The quality of the products too are amazing and different to what I've seen in shops
