In particular customer service!From my experience, I can only be positive.Great products, well packaged and delivered when they said they would be.Missing one item (flashing tape) that was quickly resolved and delivered.Built the canopy for my neighbour and it looks amazing .So much so, I will be renewing our canopy very soon.😊👍
