I wouldn't bother, there are plenty of other companies out there that actually care about customer service.I rang for some technical information just prior to placing an online order and the woman at the end of the phone was immediately rude and offensive about something entirely different to what I had called about.I ended the call feeing very angry about the way I was treated, following that I tried to speak to someone via email about the experience and they only focused on the same thing the first person, probably the same person that was rude to me. Totally unprofessional.Just take a look at all of the other poor reviews, that tells you enough.
