The worst customer service I have ever experienced. We were given 5 separate delivery days and having read the small print if you aren't in you pay for further deliveries so better make sure you are. 3 days annual leave wasted and a day unpaid to the cost of £180 and it still hadn't arrived. 4 emails sent, all ignored! The company process and lack of communication has left us out of pocket and we have been told as a 'good will gesture' we can have a refund on the delivery cost. All the additional costs are our problem. I get the problem doesn't necessarily lie with roofing megastore but the lack of communication/false information and outright ignoring emails which led to the loss of earning is their fault! Plenty more companies can provide the same product with a better service! AVOID!
