Item ordered were missing, emailed on Friday night after work to inform them of missing item, got an automated reply saying they will look into it on Monday open hours. Heard nothing, phoned them today to find out what was going on and got told by a man that I had missed the window to report a faulty delivery and there is nothing He could do. Phoned the supplier of my chosen product and was told there is a 14 day window. Service is disgraceful and they have robbed me as I had to go and buy the missing materials again elsewhere. Jewsons helped me right out of this mess. Really....
