Wow I wish I read these reviews first...I ordered two skylight windows and paid £67 for shipping. After nearly a week they emailed me to say they can't ship them and asked me how I would like to proceed. Needless to say, I asked for a refund and they now seem to be holding my money for ransom with no reply to any emails and leaving me unable to buy replacements from somewhere else...Edit: I've still not been refunded despite them telling me via email that they would make it urgent. Also it's not obvious on the website about shipping and in fact the shipping adjusts and adds more money on for my location making it seem like it is accepted. Totally useless company who don't care for their customers...
