First of all, it doesn’t take 14 days they just want to accrue interest on your money simply because they can. Secondly, at no point did anyone try to reach me to apologise for the delay or offer a compensatory gesture as you would expect with literally any other unfulfilled service. No, instead the company’s own screw up of not holding stock that near to me when they sold it to me, means I should pay what - the diesel? Not a chance. I’d sooner pay triple elsewhere than pay more than agreed price AFTER SALE.
