The staff that we have encountered are inept and completely unprofessional. My personal opinion would be to avoid this company. Donovan is rude, huffing on the telephone if you do not have the order number immediately in front of you, not once but twice. When asked to please stop huffing you receive aggressive response and then put on hold. When ringing back and speaking to Sam, you explain what happened only to be met with denial and then put on hold. Lorraine (who I assume is a Manager or Supervisor) is verbally aggressive on the phone will not let you speak, talks over you. Is it any wonder the staff are rude when a Manager or Supervisor acts this way. Whatever you do, do not question the estimated delivery date, we did! Apparently it is NOT a estimated delivery date, you are NOT given a estimated delivery date, even though we have a estimated delivery date on our order, it's there, I can see it! Then just to add salt to the injury a follow up email from Karen on the 1st of August with our delivery to be expected with us approximately between the 2nd-4th August. This is the estimated delivery date I have had on all correspondence, but question this and I have not! Honestly it's like getting blood from a stone! If you question dates you will be receive a volatile response. Needless to say my order is not here 7th of August. I am shocked that the Managing Director Gian-Carlo Grossi is happy with his staffs behaviour
