Products were decent, but delivery was scheduled between 6am and 9am (and arrived at 545am), which is too early for a delivery which their communications explained you need to help with.They offer very little in the way of installation guides, either with the product or online and essentially leave it up to you to figure out. I installed one bar incorrectly, and when I wrote to them to ask about how to fix it, they basically said it's not designed to be removed and it's not our problem.
