Asked Roofing Megastore to exchange two Roof Window Flashing kits (unopened) after our builder gave them wrong sizes. They were astonishingly rude, unhelpful.and aggressive - more interested in having an argument than providing any sort of customer service. I will not be dealing with Roofing Megastore again.
