My experience with this company has been entirely unsatisfactory from start to finish. I requested a simple colour change of the fittings approximately 20 minutes after placing my order — a request submitted only after multiple failed attempts to reach anyone by phone or via the online chat, which never connected.Despite raising this issue almost immediately, the company failed to act on it. This was three days before the scheduled delivery (which the delivery of the fittings did not take place) and four days before I eventually received the incorrect black fittings. The fact that no one within the organisation was apparently able — or willing — to communicate a basic amendment in that timeframe raises serious concerns about their internal processes and overall competence. I'm not surprised they have a low overall review score.To make matters worse, I was then informed that I would be responsible for the cost of returning the incorrect items, even though the failure occurred on their side. This response is completely unacceptable. While I am within my rights to return the full order for a full refund at my own expense, it should never have been necessary, and it reflects a clear disregard for the customer.The customer service has been consistently poor, and very dismissive. There was no ownership of the issue, no proactive communication, and no effort made to rectify a situation caused by their own operational shortcomings.I strongly advise others to consider this experience before placing an order. This level of service is simply not acceptable in any professional business.As a side comment, the products look good quality, but unpackaged. A few of the roofing sheets had damage on them, but I know that I could cover them when fitting, so I've never mentioned that.
