Purchased 18 vents for the attics of our townhome complex. We chose these since they claim to be tested to 200 MPH winds since we live on the east coast.However, we have some leaks, which appear to be due to the installation. The roofers did not look up the instructions online, and just used a roofing nail in each corner. It appears they need to go back and add screws like the instructions show.If this fixes the problem, I'll upgrade the review grade.
