A year after buying two secure watch safes from Roogs, the keys to both safes mysterious went missing. The fact that I had building contractors in my house at the time made me very anxious, and I contacted Rogier from Roogs. He immediately asked the manufacturers if they could supply two new lock mechanisms (with new keys). Within a few days, he had imported the new locks and forwarded them to me in Portugal – at NO CHARGE! It took me less than half an hour to replace the locks on both the safes and my watches are secure again. What an amazing company to deal with. Thank you Rogier!
