I first met Serviroo through a friend last year around September. At the time, I was pretty new to the idea of having someone professionally my PC, instead of watching 100 tutorials and attempting to do it myself. I was also about to pull the trigger on what would be my dream gaming PC. I reached out to Serviroo to see if I qualified for his XOC package, and not only did he answer all my early questions, but he also helped me optimise my build before I even bought it. This ensured we could get the absolute most out of it in terms of overclocking, while keeping the system stable for years to come.Once the PC arrived, Servi spent over a week patiently testing and fine-tuning every single aspect of the system with me. Admittedly, XOC is a long and time-consuming process, involving multiple stress tests and BIOS changes, so you do need to be prepared for the time investment. That said, it is hands down the best money I have ever spent on any PC-related service.Using Battlefield 6 as an example, straight out of the box my PC was already putting up solid numbers: 4K, everything maxe out, around 190 FPS. After a fully custom OS, custom RAM timings, overclocked CPU and GPU, and overall fine-tuning backed by extensive testing, I’m now safely getting 230–240 FPS native 4K. With DLSS Quality (1440p upscaled to 4K), I’m well over 310 FPS. Every other game I’ve tested has had ZERO issues. Any high-end title you can think of, I’m getting the absolute best out of it. Cyberpunk, with everything on Psycho and maxed-out ray tracing at 4K, is pushing around 70 FPS.When it comes to input latency, there is quite literally none. Paired with my ASUS OLED, it feels like whatever Servi has done makes the mouse move before my brain even tells it to. Friends who’ve come over to try the system have said they’ve never experienced anything like it before.There’s no way I’d be having this good of an experience without his help. Servi is a master at what he does, and his artisan-level skillset speaks for itself. If you’re ever on the fence about doing XOC or any of his packages, I’d be more than happy to talk privately via DMs and put any doubts to rest. This will be the best money you spend on your PC.Just keep in mind that patience and time are required. Also understand that Servi is a VERY busy guy. He will do his absolute best to work around your schedule and timezone, but the partnership works best when communication is open and both sides understand if you both are busy. I also found that being attentive during sessions, rather than going fully AFK, was far more beneficial. It allows you to ask questions on the fly and helps move things along faster.With the PC doing its thing now, Serv is still there answering any of my questions whenever I have something im curious about. He really does care about his customers a lot.Serviroo is the GOAT when it comes to this type of stuff. Im so extremely grateful for everything he has done for me. This has been an awesome experience and I would recommend this to anyone remotely interested.
