I purchased bedroom furniture from a retailer, including a mirror and nightstand, at the end of 2024. I had to leave for overseas work immediately after and returned after the one-year warranty had expired. Upon my return, I found that the mirror and one of the nightstands had several issues, including small holes, scratches, and drawers that wouldn't close properly. I visited the customer service at the store and was given a customer care number. After calling, a technician came to assess the problems, and I was told I would be contacted shortly. However, I never heard back, so I called again and learned that the nightstand and mirror needed to be replaced, but they could not assist me since the warranty had expired. I tried to explain my unique situation, but it was to no avail. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but they repeated the same information. I'm baffled that a company can deliver furniture with such significant issues. Out of four pieces, two require major repairs. I purchased living and dining room furniture elsewhere, and I didn't encounter these problems. I spent several thousand dollars on the bedroom set, and the lack of support from the company regarding their mistakes is disappointing. I requested a written decision, but there appears to be no such procedure or appeal process. Any suggestions on how to proceed? Thanks.
